Mimi Zweig StringPedagogy is an ongoing multimedia project envisioned by Mimi Zweig to help teachers, students and parents solve the basic questions of how to teach and to play the violin, viola and cello. This project is a combined website and DVD-ROM.

Who is Mimi Zweig?
Mimi Zweig is a professor of Violin and String Pedagogy at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.

What software is needed to run Mimi Zweig StringPedagogy the Online Edition?

Why would I want to buy the 2008 DVD Edition?
You do not need to have an internet connection to watch video clips. Many school computers do not allow for streaming video over the internet. The DVD Edition is $85.

You will need a broadband connection to view the streaming videos of Volume One, One B, Two, Three, and Five.
Is the DVD-ROM returnable?
Only if defective, and will be replaced.
Can I make a copy of the discs for myself and for my friends?
This is prohibited by law and we appreciate your compliance.
Do I need a PayPal account to buy the 2008 Edition DVD?
Not necessarily. You can simply pay with your credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card)
Why would I want a PDF Version of Mimi Zweig StringPedagogy?
The PDF Version available on the Online Edition will allow you to easily print the text (complete or selected). You can also download Volumes One, One B, and Two directly onto your local drive which will give you access to the text without the internet.
